How long does delivery take?

At Risus Wholesale we 'aim' to get your delivery to you as soon as possible. For orders placed before midday, our aim is to send them out the same day on a 24 hour service so you should receive them the following day. However this is not a guaranteed next day service as there may well be factors outside of our control that affect your delivery time. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery please email us to discuss BEFORE you place your order.

For orders going to the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Ireland (North & South) and Europe please allow 2-5 days for delivery.

Will I need to wait in all day for my delivery?

No. Our courier uses a 'Predict' service that provides you with a one hour delivery slot so you should know exactly when in the day your parcel is due to arrive.

Returns Policy

If you are any way unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange for replacements or a refund. Goods must be returned within two weeks to qualify for a refund. If you are returning goods ordered in error the return postage cost will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch please contact as soon as possible so we can issue a full refund.
