Sometimes if your computer is part of a network or has a particularly officious firewall it can block our payment gateway. If this happens please email us and will assist you with placing your order.
When can I contact customer services?

If you need to contact us, it is best to send an email to sales@risuswholesale.co.uk, or message us through our Facebook page. As a family run business, we do not keep usual office hours and will often reply to emails on the weekend or in the evening, so we should be there whenever you may need us.
Do I need to register with you to see your prices?

You don’t have to register – all the information is available to see without logging in. You can check out as a guest, however, if you do create an account you will be able to log in in the future to check past orders.
Do you have any promotions or discount codes?

We pride ourselves on keeping our prices as low as possible. We do not like to over inflate prices and then offer discounts! However, we may occasionally have offers running – subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
How do I find out about new products or offers?

Can I use your images from your website?

Every year we are inundated with requests for donations for charities. We would love to be able to help everyone, but we sadly can’t. As a business, we do donate regularly to charities that are close to our heart though.
Can you email me a CSV list of your range with all the prices and barcodes?
